An Heirloom Tomato Twist on a Bloody Mary. Moroccan spices compliment the fresh mint and fresh apples pair nicely with the apple-cider vinegar we use in our recipe. As always, low sodium and packed with vitamins.
Step 1
In a large bowl or pitcher combine 2 cups Moroccan Heirloom Tomato Soup, lime juice and rum.
Step 2
Use a muddler or rolling pin to mash some of the apples to release their juices.
Step 3
Release the oils of the mint by bruising the leaves or gently slapping them against the palm of your hand.
Step 4
Pour mixture into 4 glasses and top each with ice, muddled apples and mint leaves. Garnish glasses with apple and/or lime wedges.
