Tomato Bliss Bruschetta

Whip up a batch of scrumptious Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomato bruschetta for an elegant appetizer or light lunch.

Step 1

Mix Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes and minced garlic and let marinate for a few minutes and up to two hours.

Step 2

Cut baguette or bread into even slices, and toast in an oven at 350°F for 5 – 8 minutes.

Step 3

Right before serving toss the tomato mixture with avocado or cheese, if using.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture evenly over toast and serve.
