Tomato Bliss Toast with anchovies

Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes and anchovies make a quick and delicious meal, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Step 1

Toast bread slices at 350°F for 5 – 8 minutes.

Step 2

Take your anchovy fillets and finely chop them. In a small bowl, mix the anchovies with some juice from the Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes.

Step 3

Once your toast has reached an even golden brown, remove from the oven and rub each side with a halved garlic clove. Drizzle toast evenly with the anchovy and tomato mix.

Step 4

Spoon Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes over the toast and serve while still warm.
