Tomato Bliss delivers rich flavor making it easier than ever to make a comforting, classic Beef or Chicken Stroganoff.

  • Step 1

Cook noodles according to package directions. Cover to keep warm.

  • Step 2

Combine 2 tablespoons flour, mustard, paprika, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken or beef and toss thoroughly to coat.

  • Step 3

Melt 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken or beef and spread in a single layer, breaking up any clumps. Cook, without stirring until browned on bottom, about 4 minutes. Stir and continue to cook until cooked through. Transfer to a large plate.

  • Step 4

Melt remaining 2 tablespoons oil or butter in now empty skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and onion, salt and pepper to taste, cook until any liquid has evaporated and vegetables just begin to brown.

  • Step 5

Stir in Tomato Bliss, and thyme scraping any browned bits. Add meat and any accumulated juices and cook until warmed through and sauce thickens slightly, about 1 minute.

  • Step 6

Off heat, stir in sour cream until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer noodles to shallow bowls and spoon stroganoff over top. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve with extra sour cream.
