"Creamy" Tomato Basil Soup

Expand your soup repertoire with this version of tomato soup that uses oat milk to elevate it's texture to creamy, dairy-free goodness.

  • Step 1

    Pour Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup into a large pot and heat over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Stir in oat milk and dried herbs. Stir well to combine. 

  • Step 3

    Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes (do not allow soup to boil).

  • Step 4

    Pour soup into serving bowls and garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve immediately.
