Fish

Poaching fish in Tomato Bliss promises super-moist, delicately cooked fish. One inch thick fillets of meaty white fish like cod, halibut, sea bass, or snapper work best in this recipe. Masala Tomato Bliss is our favorite for this recipe.

  • Step 1

Heat ghee or oil in a medium pot, 30 to 45 seconds. Add the seeds. Stir continuously until fragrant, about 30 to 45 seconds.

  • Step 2

Add the Tomato Bliss and stir. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes.

  • Step 3

Add the fish pieces in one layer, cover and cook over low heat for 7 minutes. Gently turn the fish and cover again for about 2 minutes, or until the fillets are fully cooked. Serve with lemon.
