Great straight from the jar. We grow these tomatoes on Lotus Flower Farm in Michigan's fruit belt. The intense sun and mineral rich soil gives our tomatoes a high concentration of sugars and nutrients, allowing them to preserve their wonderfully fresh-tasting flavor.
