Baked Feta Tomato Soup

Surprise and delight with a tangy twist on classic tomato soup. Slowly melted feta adds depth and creamy texture, while fresh herbs brighten and elevate the vibrant flavors of Tomato Bliss.

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place feta cheese and Tomato Bliss in a Dutch oven. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven.

  • Step 2

    Purée until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with reserved feta cheese and herbs.
