Oven-Roasted Heirloom TomatoesTurn cauliflower into the perfect appetizer with a zingy dip made with Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 and put a cooling rack inside of a sheet tray. Set aside.
Step 2
Dip the cauliflower into the egg, then into the panko breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 3
Meanwhile, pulse the Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes and harissa paste together in a blender until roughly chopped.
Step 4
Sprinkle with parsley, if using, and serve with cauliflower.
