Masala Roasted Heirloom Tomato Bliss handles the sauce—just stir in cream, simmer 10–15 minutes, and you're done. Meanwhile, a yogurt-spice marinade coats the turkey and chars beautifully under high heat, creating textural contrast against the creamy base. Bold, comforting, and surprisingly easy.
Step 1
Combine yogurt, dry spices, salt, and ginger. Mix until uniform. Fold in turkey, coating fully. Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours.
Step 2
Line sheet pans with foil. Arrange marinated protein in a single layer. Broil at 500°F 2–4 minutes just until edges blacken. Reserve pan drippings.
Step 3
Add Masala Tomato Bliss over medium heat. Add heavy cream and reserved drippings. Stir to combine. Bring to a low simmer, stirring frequently, do not boil. Hold 10–15 minutes until sauce coats the back of a spoon cleanly.
Step 4
Add broiled protein to sauce. Simmer 5–8 minutes on low until heated through. Pull from heat. Add cilantro or parsley. Adjust salt to taste.
