Cook Tomato Bliss with a little brown sugar to tone down the acidity, and bread torn into pieces to add creaminess without adding cream.
Step 1
Heat Tomato Bliss in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Stir in sugar, if using, and bread. Bring soup to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally until bread is completely saturated and starts to break down, about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Process soup with immersion blender until soup is smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes (or process in blender, in batches). Serve soup in individual bowls.
