Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes VegetarianWhip up an easy yogurt and cream cheese dip with Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes, garlic, and shallots. The dip can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.

Step 1
In a large bowl, pour liquid from Balsamic-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes over shallots and grated garlic and let marinate.
Step 2
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, puree the cream cheese, yogurt, shallots, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and Balsamic-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes. Stir in the scallions.
Step 3
Place in serving dish and top with parsley, optional. Serve with crackers, bread or vegetables.
