Step 1
Combine Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, and salt and pepper in a blender or pitcher. Use blender or immersion blender to blitz until smooth.
Step 2
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Step 3
Serve chilled or at room temperature, drizzled with olive oil.
