Healthy Creamy Heirloom Tomato Soup (with spinach and Greek yogurt)

Packed with nutrients from heirloom tomatoes and baby spinach, with a protein boost from Greek yogurt, this kid-friendly soup is a great way for everyone to get their daily vitamins. Pairs well with a grilled cheese sandwich for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

  • Step 1

    Heat Tomato Bliss in a large pot or Dutch Oven over medium heat.

  • Step 2

    Stir in the spinach and allow to wilt for a minute or two. Off heat add yogurt and brown sugar if using.

  • Step 3

    Use an immersion blender in the pot to puree the soup until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ladle into bowls and serve.
