Serve the chicken on lavash or flatbread, or in lettuce wraps. Pro-tip: to make the bread crisp, bake the bread before piling on the toppings.
Step 1
In a 12" non-stick skillet, heat soup until warmed through. Add chicken and simmer gently over medium heat until cooked, stirring occasionally, about 12-15 minutes. Using two forks shred the chicken and stir to fully coat.
Step 2
Serve topped with lime, avocados, chopped cilantro or sour cream.
