Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho Recipe
Start with this base and take your Gazpacho in any one of these
1. Torn and toasted french bread or ciabatta + crushed red pepper flakes
2. Poached shrimp or crab meat + lemon
3. Garbanzo beans + cilantro
4. Feta cheese + dried oregano
Combine peppers and cucumbers with olive oil, sherry vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, combine chilled soup with vegetables and ladle 1 cup of soup over any one of the 4 variations and top with cut-up avocado.

1cup diced bell peppers
1/2cup diced cucumbers
1Tbsp. olive oil
1/2tsp. sherry vinegar
