quick and easy vegan vegetarianTurn the warm North African spices in Tomato Bliss Moroccan Soup into a crave-worthy, weeknight-friendly take on classic Harira. This rich, tomato-forward dish highlights heirloom tomatoes with tender chickpeas and orzo pasta for a hearty, soul-warming bowl. Fresh Swiss chard melts into the broth, adding vibrant color and a powerful boost of antioxidants, calcium, and iron. Finished with a bright splash of lemon, every spoonful is vibrant, nourishing, and irresistibly satisfying.
Step 1
Heat Tomato Bliss in large pot or Dutch Oven.
Step 2
Stir in broth (or water), chickpeas, and lentils; increase heat to high and bring to simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low, partially cover, and gently simmer until lentils are just tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in orzo and simmer, partially covered, for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chard and continue to cook, partially covered, until pasta is tender, about 5 minutes longer. Off heat, stir in lemon juice, remaining ¼ cup cilantro, and remaining ¼ cup parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve, passing lemon wedges separately.
