Step 1
In a large pot or Dutch oven warm Tomato Bliss with Parmesan cheese rind until hot.
Step 2
Warm olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the onion and carrot and cook until softened and aromatic, about 5 minutes. Add the thyme and let cook for a minute or two.
Step 3
Stir in pastina and add a ladle or two of hot Tomato Bliss to barely cover. Adjust the heat to keep the mixture at a simmer. Keep adding more ladles of Tomto Bliss as the the liquid in the pot reduces. Cook until the pasta is done using the pasta package timing suggestion as a reference.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in grated parmesan. Serve warm.
