veganSpice up breakfast, lunch or dinner with this savory and spicy rice dish. Simply cook rice in Tomato Bliss to flavor the rice as it cooks. Turn up the heat by adding your favorite hot peppers.
Step 1
Melt 3 Tbsp butter or olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in rice and toast rice for 1-2 minutes. Add Tomato Bliss and cook until almost boiling. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer about 13-15 minutes (or per rice directions) until rice is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
Step 2
Remove from heat and let sit, covered for 10 minutes. Stir in peppers. Serve.
