Mushroom Flatbread with Arugula and Roasted Heirloom Tomato Sauce

Flatbread pizza for everyone. This cheesy flatbread is perfect for lunch, a snack or an elevated appetizer. To make it extra crispy, brush the bottom of the naan with olive oil.  

  • Step 1

    Grill or toast in a skillet the naan bread. Rub each piece with a garlic clove, if using.

  • Step 2

    Spread 1/3 cup of Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup over each piece of naan bread.

  • Step 3

    Evenly distribute in the following order: 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup shredded cheese.

  • Step 4

    Bake on baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for roughly 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Garnish with arugula and serve.
