Chipotle Pan-Roasted Heirloom Tomato Halibut

Prepare pan-roast halibut with Chipotle Heirloom Tomato Soup for an elegant and savory dinner.

  • Step 1

    In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil until shimmering. Add white onion and  sautee for about 5 minutes, or until onion starts to weep.

  • Step 2

    Add Chipotle Heirloom Soup to the pan, and bring to a simmer.

  • Step 3

    Add the fish and cover the skillet. Cook for 6 minutes, or until flesh has become opaque.

  • Step 4

    Top skillet with sliced avocado and cilantro.
