Enjoy a savory pasta dinner in minutes with Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes.
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
While pasta is cooking, In a large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Do not let garlic brown.
Add Oven-Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes to garlic and stir to combine. Remove from heat and pulse in blender with anchovies and 1 cup of reserved pasta water until smooth.
Combine sauce and olives with pasta. Garnish with parsley and serve.
1box of spaghetti

2cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
116 oz jar of roasted tomatoes
12 oz tin of anchovies
1cup of olives, roughly chopped
1/4cup parsley roughly chopped
