Tomato Bliss Watermelon Gazpacho Smoothie

Tomato Bliss meets fresh watermelon in this cold, savory-sweet blend. Watermelon leads, Tomato Bliss and red peppers deepen the middle, and fresh basil and black pepper ground the finish. Refreshing and distinctive. Built to be blended and served cold.

  • Step 1

    Combine Tomato Bliss, watermelon, and red bell pepper in a commercial blender. Blend until completely smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add the basil leaves and blend for 15 seconds. Transfer the mixture to a cambro or pitcher. Stir in the ground black pepper and kosher salt, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until fully cold.

  • Step 3

    For each serving, add 10 oz chilled base and 3 oz ice to a blender. Blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds. Top with a pinch of cracked black pepper and serve.
