Tomato Seafood Bisque


Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup

Two Tomato Bliss staples, Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes and Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup, plus your favorite seafood equals an elegant, Whole-30 compliant, seafood bisque perfect for company. Make it vegan by substituting avocado for the seafood.

  • Step 1

    Heat liquid from jar of Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes in deep saute pan over medium-high heat.  Stir in shrimp and scallops; Saute for 3 minutes until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.

  • Step 2

    Remove shrimp and scallops from pan with a slotted spoon; keep warm. Add Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes and Roasted Heirloom Tomato Soup to pan. Heat until simmering.

  • Step 3

    Divide shrimp and scallops among six bowls, ladle bisque over seafood and serve.
